Located in Terminal D best times are always early mornings . Polite cstaff and service is quick with a decent selection of donuts .

Wish I could leave ZERO stars . Service was horrible . The two women behind the counter were rude ,as if a paying customer is bothering them..
They didn't have any sandwiches or even dark roast coffee .. what's the point of being open if practically half
your menu isn't available at 9:30am. Please if you can't even crack a smile or be a little friendly don't work in a customer service position .

    Looked at the reviews,
Seems like it's a on going thing , what's crazy is clearly management is okay with it. Being a store manager myself I'm cringing at these horrible reviews.
    WOW!

Hard to call what I was served coffee.  It was pale and watery.  I'm pretty certain they're reusing grounds or not filling the filter sufficiently.  A waste of money.  Go next door to DC Brews for a cup.

I'd probably give zero stars if I could.

The woman working the cash register was completely unprofessional and rude. I had a QR code on the app for a Free medium iced latte, and she added it to the register. I also had a bottled water I was purchasing. She preceded to aggressively ask me "what size" and then snapped "Hot or iced?" in an annoyed tone, after I CLEARLY told her "Medium iced mocha latte"...

However, when she canned the QR code she claimed, "You have no coupon on there" (even though the app says it expires a week from now, and is valid in this state).

I stated nicely "it's okay, I don't want it anymore then" and she took off the water bottle off the register. I proceeded to tell her, "No, I don't want the latte because the coupon isn't working; I do want just the water"

She rolled her eyes and gave a huge exaggerated sigh and had a nasty look on her face. This was seriously unnecessary, thus why I am writing this review waiting at my terminal with no coffee.

TLDR; I was skeptical if the free iced coffee coupon would work at the Airport location of Dunkin' Donuts, (and I would have been fine with it not being redeemable), however her bad attitude and no explanation for turning the coupon down prompted me to never come to this Dunkin' Donuts location at IAD in terminal D again...

The workers working at the Dunkin' Donuts here were absolutely rude. The lady taking the orders had such a bad attitude about taking my order and about answering any questions I had about the coffee. Then the lady working the food station got a nasty attitude when I asked her about the bagel I paid for and she had to still toast even after she served two other people who were behind me. Then when she handed me the bag she just threw it on the counter and honestly she might as well have thrown it at me. Didn't even bother apologizing or saying "have a good day". I was nice the entire time even when I had asked about my bagel, so I don't understand why I was made to feel like such a bother.
